Questions homeowners ask us
Do you take on a full house renovation, not just carpentry?
Yes, as long as we design it. Most of our projects are whole homes: space planning, wet works, plaster ceiling, electrical, painting and all built-in carpentry, handled by us from start to finish. If you already have a contractor, we design and build the carpentry and coordinate with them for the rest. Either way the lead designer stays with you from the first meeting to handover, with a project assistant on every home and the cabinets made in our own factory in Puchong.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Puchong and work across the Klang Valley: Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Setia Alam and nearby.
Landed homes or condominiums?
Both. Terrace, semi-D, bungalow and 3-storey landed homes, and condominiums or serviced apartments. See the Landed Homes and Condominiums pages for completed projects.
What happens at a showroom visit?
No need to prepare drawings. Send us the developer's floor plan, the PDF is fine, and come in. You sit with a designer and go through it room by room: what to keep, what to move, where the storage should go. Then walk the carpentry factory downstairs. Do you offer easy payment plans?
Yes. Easy payment plans are available on credit cards from selected banks, 12-month instalments at 0% interest. Confirm the participating banks with the designer when you receive your quotation.
