1,048 sqft for two people and a cat. The island stands where a wall used to be.
Cherry wood, navy doors with portholes, and a cat cabinet nobody has to hide.
A double-height living hall, an arched walkway and a curved breakfast counter in a Petaling Jaya condo.
A compact condo where nearly every wall is storage, and an island where the kitchen used to end.
Talk to Our Designer
A lead designer and a project assistant on every home, from first meeting to handover. Carpentry built in our own factory in Puchong.
How it Works
1. Consultation
Book a 1-to-1 space planning session. Share your floor plan or drawings with our designer and we propose a plan for your home.
2. Quote & Design
We propose layout, recommend materials and timeline based on budget and requirements.
3. Build & Install
From finalising the design to site measurement, site supervision and installation, we manage every step until handover.
Questions homeowners ask us
Condo interior design and renovation across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley: real homes we designed and built. Every project starts with your floor plan and the building’s renovation requirements, and the carpentry is built in our own factory in Puchong.
What does a condo renovation with Mugo include?
Space planning from your floor plan, ceilings and lighting, electrical, wet works where the plan calls for them, and custom carpentry built in our own factory in Puchong. We plan the design, renovation and carpentry scope around the home; the quotation confirms what is included.
What can and cannot change in a condo?
Non-structural partitions can often move; structural walls, external walls and the building’s service risers cannot. Moving a sink or a bathroom is wet work and it changes the schedule. Your floor plan helps us start the layout discussion. We confirm site conditions and the building’s renovation requirements before agreeing any alteration.
How do building rules affect the work?
Condominium managements set working hours, lift bookings, a renovation deposit and a permitted work window, and many require a permit application before work starts. We plan the sequence around those requirements and confirm them with you and the management office before work begins.
Which condominiums have you worked in?
Alira Residences at Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya, The Maple in OUG, and units in the KL city centre and Damansara. The projects on this page show the work.
What happens at the showroom visit?
Bring the floor plan. The designer goes through it room by room, and you see the carpentry being built in the factory downstairs. Visits are by appointment; the contact page has the hours.
