We offer a one-year (365-day) Mugo Warranty on all our:

• Custom cabinets
• Renovation works

This warranty protects you against manufacturing, workmanship and installation defects that arise within the warranty period, starting from the official handover date.

Terms & Conditions

1. What is Covered (Free Labour & Materials)

If your product has issues caused by:

• Manufacturing defects
• Workmanship flaws
• Faulty materials (e.g. hinges, runners, internal fittings)
• Installation defects

1.1 We will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost, including labour and materials.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. minor scratches, fading)
• Water damage, termites, or moisture-related swelling
• Damage due to misuse or lack of care
• DIY or third-party modifications
• Loose furniture or non-Mugo fabricated items

2.1 If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we will still repair or replace the affected part.

2.2 For carpentry-related items, only the material cost will be charged. Labour remains free as part of our warranty promise. This clause applies only to cabinetry and built-in furniture fabricated by Mugo.

3. How to Make a Claim

2. Our team will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement based on your warranty coverage.
