We offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty on our cabinets, lighting, plumbing products, wiring, and electrical works. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects that may arise within the warranty period.

For PIO & Blum hinges and accessories, we provide a lifetime warranty to guarantee your peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product is proven to be defective, we will either repair the item free of charge (using new or refurbished replacement parts) or replace the item outright.

Coverage applies to:

• Cabinets and accessories
• Lighting and plumbing equipment
• Wiring and electrical works

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, Neglect, or Lack of Maintenance: Defects or damage resulting from misuse, improper use, neglect, or insufficient maintenance, including failure to follow operating instructions, rough handling, exposure to harmful substances, or improper storage.
• Water Damage: Any damage caused by water leaks. Our products are built for durability, but they are not designed to withstand water exposure.
• Acts of Nature: Damages resulting from natural events such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc., which are beyond our control.
• Abnormal Environmental Conditions: Damages caused by conditions such as excessive humidity or extreme temperatures. Our products are designed to function within specified environmental parameters.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.
