This is a home that looks clean at first glance, but the closer you look, the more details you find. A 3-storey landed home at Taman Puchong Legenda, designed and built as one complete project: interior design, renovation and full-house custom carpentry under one roof.
The signature of this home is restraint. A warm, neutral palette runs through every floor, with black trim lines carried consistently across panels, doors and cabinets to keep the look sharp. Under the staircase, wasted space became one of the most loved corners of the house: a built-in study nook with lit shelving and a full-width desk.

Every cabinet in this home was manufactured in our own carpentry factory in Puchong, which is how the design intent survives all the way to installation: the designer checks the pieces on the factory floor before they ever reach the site.

The carpentry for every project is built in our own factory in Puchong, not outsourced. You can visit the factory floor before you decide.
Planned around how you actually live
Your layout is settled before a single colour is chosen: where the fridge door swings, where school bags land, how the sofa sits with the light. Drawn by a designer who has planned enough homes to know what goes wrong.
One-year warranty
Manufacturing, workmanship and installation defects are repaired at no cost for a year after handover, labour and materials included.
